Bodiuz Zaman, a Compliance & Sustainability Professional, Social Compliance Auditor and ISO LA Trainer & Auditor having more than 26 years’ experience in the Apparels sector (Textiles, Woven, Knit & Sweater) in the capacity of Admin, HR, Compliance, Sustainability and Factory Operation. Conducted more than 500+ man-days audits in many at home and abroad. I have adequate knowledge of Production management, Productivity and Efficiency, Quality management, and HRMS management. I have developed sector specific OHS Training modules for RMG & Textiles, Leather & Footwear, Information Technology, Construction, Light Engineering and Shipbuilding sectors; as National Consultant & Master Trainer of BRAC under SEIP, Ministry of Finance, Bangladesh. I am the only person who has translated ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018 Standards in Bangla which is first of its kind. I have introduced Digital PC Voting System and Paperless Digital HR System, which is recognized and Awarded by GIZ, this is first of its kind in Bangladesh.
